Impact100 Atlanta Announces 2024 Funding Opportunities

Atlanta, GA (April 18, 2024)  – On the evening of April 18th, Impact100 Atlanta, a women’s philanthropic organization, announced its third year of high impact transformational giving in Atlanta. This year, the organization will award three grants of $110,000 with the support of their 330 members.

First launched in Atlanta during the pandemic, Impact100 is thrilled to continue extraordinary growth in its year-over-year membership just three years in. More than 300 women contributed $1,000 to this year’s grant pool and raised their hands to work together to create sustainable change in Atlanta. Impact100 Atlanta is one of more than 70 chapters internationally that unite around the vision of funding solutions to the most urgent and pressing problems facing humanity.

President Sherrhonda Roach shared, “Our impact continues to grow year over year, and we couldn’t be more grateful and proud of the hundreds of women joining their hearts and treasures with our efforts to bring meaningful and sustainable impact to our city. This work is important. The transformation is visible in our partners. And we cannot wait to continue our legacy of more impact again in 2024. We invite all Atlanta nonprofits to dream big as they apply for our 2024 funding opportunities.”

Impact100 Atlanta accepts grant applications from nonprofits for projects or programs serving the greater metro Atlanta area in the following five focus areas: Arts & Culture; Education; Family; Health & Wellness; and Environment, Preservation, & Recreation. Member committees will review the grant applications, assess the financial viability, and conduct site visits to select a finalist in each focus area. The ultimate grant recipients will be selected by a vote of the entire membership in November, with each woman having one vote.

Atlanta nonprofits interested in applying are invited to attend the virtual Grant Writing Workshop on April 26th at 10AM to learn more about the grants process, eligibility requirements, and more.
