  • Membership Data: Name, address, email, and other contact details provided during the registration process and through the Member Portal.

  • Payment Information:  When you make a membership contribution, donate, purchase swag, or register for paid events, we may collect payment information, including credit card numbers and billing details. This information is processed securely by our payment processors and is not stored by Impact100 Atlanta.

  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Email addresses provided for receiving updates.

Members have the option to limit the information displayed in the member directory. We do not sell or share this information outside of Impact100 Atlanta.

If you provide your mobile phone number to us and consent to receiving messages, we may text you (SMS or MMS) regarding Impact100 Atlanta events, membership and/or grant deadlines, and organizational news. We will contact you through these methods in accordance with applicable legal requirements, and you always have the ability to opt-out of further calls or texts.

1. Message Frequency: You may receive periodic messages based on your engagement level, event registration, etc.  Frequency may temporarily increase around major events and key deadlines; however, you will not generally receive more than 2-4 texts per month.

2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by updating your preferences in your member profile. For additional support, contact us at privacy@impact100atlanta.org.

3. Privacy Assurance: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
