Through a powerful model, created by Wendy H. Steele, 330 women contributed $1,000 each, with one hundred percent of each women’s donation pooled together going directly to fund high impact grants. Founded on the principle that women are most impactful when united, Impact100 Atlanta’s membership has soared 160% since 2022, with a strong presence in 47 Atlanta-area zip codes. President Sherrhonda Roach expressed gratitude for the remarkable journey, noting, “The power of one woman, one vote -- one incredible impact is undeniable. We have one mission and that is to create transformative, sustainable, and enduring change in our beloved Atlanta community. Today, we celebrate each woman who joined her heart, invested her treasure and shared her time with us to make a real difference in Atlanta.”
This year’s grant process drew over 100 Letters of Intent, underscoring the urgent needs within Atlanta and the determination of local organizations to bring about change. After careful review by five focus area committees, five nonprofits were selected as finalists, each representing transformative visions in fields such as Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Preservation & Recreation, Family, and Health & Wellness. Following presentations by the finalists at the Annual Meeting, members voted on the final awardees and presented the big checks at the meeting.

With a vision of achieving over $1M in total community funding in 2025, Impact100 Atlanta is committed to growing its membership to 500 women strong and awarding five high-impact grants in the year ahead.
